Rosemary Starner - Obituary

osemary "Rosie" Starner, age 49, born February 25, 1965, in Annapolis, Maryland, entered Heaven's gates on Monday night, October 20, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the youngest of six children born to the late Richard and Juanita Starner. She leaves to cherish her memory, three children, Amber Thacker, age 24, Brandi Washington, age 17 and John Wigginton, age 16; two grandchildren, Jayden Dinapoli, age 5 and Kodie Wright, age 3; and five siblings, Carol (Gary) Peek, Bonnie Starner, Leroy (Brenda) Starner, Jr., Darly (Cathy) Starner and Patricia Smith. Rosie will be remembered for her craziness, the smile she always wore and the joy and laughter she brought to others. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 2pm at the South River Park Clubhouse, 1410 Circle Drive, Edgewater, MD.
