n Monday, April 6, 2009 in Reston, VA; the beloved husband of Sue Scrapper; father of Randolph(Nellie) and Christopher “C.J.”(Hanan) Scrapper, Jr.; brother of John “Jack”(Betty) Scrapper; brother-in-law of Jo Ann(Gregory) Lusby; grandfather of Christopher and Nathaniel Scrapper; grandfather to be of Eisa Scrapper ; uncle of John “J.D.” Scrapper, Jeffrey Novak and Vinnie Lusby; trusted companion of “Moose” Scrapper. Relatives and friends are invited to Sgt. Scrapper's Life Celebration at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD on Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 pm.
