Sheila Gail Proctor - Obituary

heila Gail Proctor, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at her residence in Ft. Washington, MD surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 22, 1958 in Washington, DC to Barbara Proctor Waugh and Earl Smith. Sheila retired from the Prince George's County School Board as a building supervisor. She was a member of Independent Baptist Church in Clinton, MD. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Smith, her brothers, Marvin Proctor, Basil Smith and Robert Adams, and her sister, Roxanne Jones. She is survived by her son, Donnell E. Proctor, her mother, Barbara Waugh, her brothers, Carl and Troy Proctor, her sisters, Earlene Swift, Carla Proctor, Melvania Taylor and Shakira Smith. She is also survived by numerous, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Sheila's Life Celebration on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Independent Baptist Church, 9255 Piscataway Road, Clinton, MD. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD.
