n Friday, May 20, 2011; The beloved wife of 58 years to James R. Behr; Loving mother of Pamela L. Smart and her husband Donald E. Smart. Shirley was employed at the Naval Research Labratory for over twenty years prior to her retirement. Family and friends are invited to Shirley's Life Celebration on Thursday from 7-9pm and on Friday May 27, 2011 from 10am until time of services at 11am at the GEORGE P.
