Shirley Downey - Obituary

hirley J. Downey, 87, died on March 3, 2015. She was born on June 30, 1927 to the late Walter Rowe and the late Peggy Jacobs. She retired from PEPCO after 35 years of faithful employment. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Brian Downey; three siblings, Thelma Dempsey, Gus Rowe and David Rowe. She is survived by two nephews, Michael and Marty Dempsey and other family and friends. All services are private.
