Stephen Edward Crockett - Obituary

tephen Edward Crockett “Stevie”, a resident of Salisbury, MD died on Friday, December 1 surrounded by his family at his niece’s home in Harwood, MD due to a stroke. Born on May 3, 1946 in Riverdale, MD to the late Mary Ellen and John S. Crockett, Sr., Stevie was a graduate of Northwestern High School. He was a member of Union Local 669 Sprinkler Fitters and also captained his boat, the Vivian E. Stevie enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, was a history buff and was known for his sense of humor. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Ann Crockett; his son, Derek Crockett of Charlotte, NC; his sister, Charlene (Jim) Christy of Harwood, MD; his sister in law, Dianne Crockett; his granddaughter, Taylor Crockett, 3 nephews, 2 nieces, 4 great nephews, 4 great nieces, 2 great-great nephews and 2 great-great nieces. He was preceded in death by his brother, John S. Crockett, Jr. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local SPCA.
