Steven Yates - Obituary

teven Leslie Yates “Steve”, age 58, of Annapolis, MD died on Monday, May 7 at his residence. Born on November 26, 1953 in Cumberland, Steve graduated from Parkdale High School in Riverdale and worked for Steamfitters Local Union 602 as a commercial steamfitter. He participated in many bass fishing tournaments and was lucky enough to have won. Steve was very happy to have spent time on the water. He was preceded in death by his father, William B. Yates, Jr. He is survived by his loving mother, Jeannette G. Yates of Annapolis; his devoted sister, Margaret A. Yates of Crofton; and many special aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services will be private. Contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Hwy., Annapolis, MD 21401.
