Teresa Ann Rigsbee - Obituary

eresa "Terry" Rigsbee, 71, a 34-year resident of Deale, MD, died at her home on December 13, 2023. Born October 15, 1952, in Jacksonville, FL, to the late Madeline and Ralph Horrell, she graduated from Oxon Hill High School. Terry worked as the manager for the Anne Arundel County Food Service. She enjoyed cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Terry was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Terry Rigsbee. She is survived by three children, Terry Rigsbee, Jr. of Shady Side, MD, Chrystal Rigsbee of Churchton, MD, and Victoria Best of Huntingtown, MD; four siblings, Jim Horrell, Laura Hardy, Cathy Wright, and Darlene Lowery; six grandchildren, Tyler Young, Brittany Waugh, Ryan Hood, Kaylee Rigsbee, and Dominick and Gabriela Best; and one great-grandson, Maverick Waugh. Friends are invited to celebrate Terry's life on Wednesday, December 20, from 3 to 6 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD.
