Terry Rigsbee - Obituary

erry Thomas Rigsbee, 68, a thirty year resident of Deale, died February 5, at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Born November 20, 1945 to the late Lucian and Hulda Mae Rigsbee, Terry worked in the warehouse for Giant Food and worked for the Lane Bus Service. He was a Redskins fan, enjoyed motorcycles and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Teresa A. Rigsbee; three children, Chrystal Rigsbee of Churchton, Victoria Best of Huntingtown and Terry T. Rigsbee Jr. of Shady Side; two siblings, Emmett Rigsbee of North Carolina and Pam Deckert of Ft. Washington; six grandchildren, Brittany Rigsbee, Ryan Hood, Gabriela Best, Dominick Best, Tyler Young and Kaylee Rigsbee. Friends are invited to Terry’s Life Celebration from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, February 10, at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are recommended to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
