heron Marcellus Rice, Age 72, lovingly known as “Rice” or “Mr. Rice”, passed away peacefully in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, September 1, 2022. He was a longtime resident of Oxon Hill, Maryland. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11am at Allen Chapel AME Church, 2498 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC 20020. Viewing from 10-11am. Services immediately following.
