Relatives and friends are invited to Thomas' Life Celebration on Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 10:15 a.m. until the start of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:15 a.m. at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2800 Pennsylvania Ave., S.E., Washington, DC 20020. Interment will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery at approximately 12:30 p.m.
