Thomas Best - Obituary

n Saturday, February 9, 2013; the beloved husband of the late Lillie C. and Elaine C. Best; father of Tyronica, Thomas III, Andre, Timothy, Travis, Tedmund and Tilario Best; brother of Helena, Nina, John, Roosevelt, Evelyn, Roy and Linda. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, including two special grandsons, Tilario, Jr. and Tabias, great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and five other siblings. Relatives and friends are invited to Big Tom's Life Celebration on Friday, February 22, 2013 from 10 am until time of service at 11 am at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment will take place on Friday, March 8 at 1pm at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
