Timothy W. Johnson - Obituary

imothy W. Johnson, 71, a resident of District Heights, MD, passed away on July 28, 2022. Born on April 10th, 1951 to the late Thomas and Violet Johnson in Oak Hill, WV, he was one of two children. Tim held many jobs throughout his career, however the one he was most dedicated to was working for the Federal Government in the Department of Energy. He loved the country, and loved looking out at wildlife and being in nature whenever he could. Timothy is survived by his wife, Patricia S. P. Johnson of District Heights, MD; his sister-in-law, Michele Patchan of District Heights, MD; his niece, Tara Chiu (Tien); his nephew Tedd Baker, and many cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Baker. He will be deeply missed. Services will be held Tuesday, August 9th from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, at KALAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 10th at 11 AM, at Mt. Calvary Catholic Church, 6700 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, MD 20747, with an interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 8000 Woodyard Road, Clinton, MD 20735.
