imothy John Kerr (Age 40) Of Huntington, Md. and previously of Germantown, Md, died July 10,2016 in Severn, Md. Born February 7, 1976, in Washington DC, he attended Bowie High School. Timothy worked at O'Leary Asphalt in Ijamsville, Md and loved the Philadelphia Eagles. He was the beloved father of Samantha Kerr and sTimothy Kerr, Jr.; brother of Donald Kerr, Kathy Thompson and Rebekah Starner; grandfather of Noah Ofenstein; son of Carol Peake and the late David Kerr.
