n Thursday, August 10th; the loving wife of James Smith, beloved daughter of Sandra McKoy and James Ruble; devoted mother of Tiffany Duncan, Timothy and Austin James; dear grandmother of Alexander and Jordan Duncan. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Tina's Celebration of Life on Wednesday, August 16th at 11am until the time of service at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, Md 20745. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
