amily and friends are invited to celebrate Tracy's life on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 11 am until her funeral service begins at 12 noon at Emmanuel Church, 3800 Old Town Rd, Huntingtown, MD 20639. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery in Annapolis. The family appreciates the many offers to help with funeral and other expenses.
