Virginia Luskey - Obituary

irginia M. Luskey Virginia M. Luskey, 87, a 50-year resident of Edgewater, died peacefully April 20 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Born on October 20, 1925 in Clinton, Maryland to the late Charles W. and Clara V. Mans, Virginia was a 1943 graduate of Eastern High School in Washington, DC. She worked as an Office Manager for Prudential Insurance and retired in 1978 after a 35-year career. Virginia was an active member of St. Andrew the Fisherman Episcopal Church in Mayo and a member of the Annapolis Elks. Virginia was a people person, who loved boating and spending time with her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Luskey. Friends may call from 10am until her funeral service begins at 11am on Saturday, April 27 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd. Interment at Cedar Hill cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew the Fisherman Episcopal Church, 1183 Carrs Wharf Rd., Mayo, MD 21106.
