Wanda Ruth Earnshaw - Obituary

anda Ruth Earnshaw, age 90, of Edgewater, MD passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. She retired from the plastics plant in Odenton where she met her husband, Bill. She enjoyed working with her hands: sewing, crocheting, knitting and cooking. She had a recipe for nearly anything. Wanda especially loved spending time with her great-great-great nephew, Gideon. She was preceded in death by her parents, Birdie May and Bige Collins; her siblings, Max, Wilbur, James, Olin, Haze, Kathleen and Ula V; and her dear husband, Bill Earnshaw. She is survived by her great-niece, Shelby and her children; her great-great niece, Niki and her great-great-great nephew, Gideon. Friends are invited to celebrate Wanda's life on Monday, August 14 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. Interment will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Davidsonville, MD. Condolences may be made by using the Memories tab on this page.
