n Wednesday, January 23, 2019; the beloved father of Darryl Wendell Black, Terri Lorraine Hardy and Roderick Arthur Black; former husband of the late Lorraine Black.He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Wendell's Life Celebration from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, February 4, 2019 at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 12noon at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7800 Livingston Rd., Ft. Washington, MD. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Hwy., Cheltenham, MD.
