Teresa White "Terry" Levy, 55, a four-year resident of Annapolis and formerly of Miami, died of breast cancer Oct. 27 at the Mandrin Hospice House in Harwood after a four-year illness.
Born June 19, 1952, in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Nancy K. White of Timonium and the late Ralph D. White, Mrs. Levy graduated from the Maryland Institute of Art in 1977 with a degree in fashion design. She also graduated from the Barbara Brennan School in Miami as a healer in June 2006.
Mrs. Levy worked as a designer and production manager for a large children's clothing designer and more recently for Ahni and Company clothing in Annapolis.
Her interests included healing touch, yoga, art and drumming. She was once a visitor to Peru, where she hiked to Machu Picchu.
In addition to her mother, surviving are two brothers, Rex White of Wheaton and Erik White of Richmond, Va.; and two sisters, Holly Mikulski of Germantown and Camille Kalb of Annapolis. She was the sister of the late Tony White.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Nov. 10 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road in Edgewater, where memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Burial is private.
