n Saturday, August 31, 2013; the beloved husband of Maricar Feliciano and the late Patria D. Feliciano; father of Wilfredo Jr., Patricia and Winifredo Feliciano; brother of Rudolfo, Rolando Feliciano and Evelyn Gamboa. Family and friends are invited to Wilfredo's Life Celebration on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7800 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
