William Joseph "Joe" Bevard - Obituary

William Joseph “Joe” Bevard, 37, a two-year resident of Waldorf and previously of Davidsonville, MD, passed away on July 1, 2017 at his home. Born on June 21, 1980 in Silver Spring, MD, Joe attended Gaithersburg High School then pursued studies and training to become a steamfitter. He worked for SNC-Lavalin Constructors at the North Keys Project and was a member of Steamfitters Local 602. Joe loved life and adored his daughter. In his spare time, Joe enjoyed cars, boating, and spending time with family and friends. Joe is survived by his daughter, Gabriella Bevard; his mother, Christine Halsey and his father and stepmother, William C. and Kim Bevard; two brothers, Jakob and Christopher Bevard; his grandmother Kathlyn Bevard; his former wife, Chrysoula Hicks; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends are invited to a memorial service for Joe on Saturday, July 8 at 12 noon at the Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 4012 Birdsville Road, Davidsonville, MD 21035. Refreshments will be served following the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe’s name to the Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church or the charity of your choice.
