n Sunday, October 15, 2017 of Charlotte Hall, MD. Beloved husband of the late Teresa E. Goodwin; father of William V., III, Daniel L., Mark A., Christopher P. and Gregory F. Goodwin, Teresa L. Fincham, Meredith A. Quinn and Lisa M. Hood; brother of Dorothy Thomasen; longtime companion of Marian Cauble. Also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and numerous step-children and step-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to William’s Celebration of Life at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7804 Livingston Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745 on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 10 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
