illiam Christian Ludwig January 9, 1955 - September 20, 2024 William “Bill” Christian Ludwig moved on from this life at his home in Edgewater, MD, on Friday, September 20, 2024, at the age of 69. On June 26, 1976, he married the love of his life, Peggy Christine Aley Ludwig. They were blessed with three loving children. He was an impassioned Washington Capitals fan, avid golfer, and enthusiast for The Allman Brothers Band. Bill was the son of the late Paul Franklin Ludwig, Jr. and Nola Mae Cagle Ludwig. He is survived by his three children, Jennifer Marie (Mark) Goss of Annapolis, MD, Jaclyn Christine (Tyler) Besche of Queenstown, MD, and William Christian (Candace) Ludwig II of Severna Park, MD; seven adoring grandchildren, Reese Makenna Goss, Delaney Sophia Goss, Zander Miles Goss, William Christian Ludwig III, Finn Marie Ludwig, Aley June Besche, and Brooks Carter Besche; and seven sisters, Paula Seaman, Cathy Reed, Nola Crumbacker, Sherri Ludwig, Ann Holman, Tina Lindner, and Donna Bridgman. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul Ludwig III and Larry Ludwig, and his sister, Terri Wilson.
