n Wednesday, September 9, 2015, the beloved husband of Elizabeth J. Case Madero; devoted father of William F. (Ashley) Madero, Jr. and the late Amy E. Madero; loving son of Ludmilla "Millie" and the late Francis John Madero. Family and friends are invited to Bill's Life Celebration on Sunday, September 13 from 6 to 8pm at Devol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD. Memorial Mass will be offered on Monday, September 14 at 10am at St. Louis Catholic Church, 12500 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD.
