illiam J. Phillips, II
On Tuesday, January 24, 2012, Bill Phillips died suddenly at his home in Stevensville. Previously of Lutherville, Bill was born January 11, 1952 in Albany, NY and graduated from Northern Lehigh Senior High School. On June 22, 1997 he married Pam, his wife and inspiration. Bill achieved a dream-come-true when he became a 130 mph Club member on the Salt Flats by racing a 2007 Thunder Mountain Custom Cycle Keystone 300.
Bill is survived by his wife Pamela and his loving family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
