William K. Raley - Obituary

n Saturday, December 16, 2017; the beloved husband of fifty years to the late Jo Ann Raley; father of Gayle Ann Watterson; father-in-law of Michael Alan Watterson; step-father of the late Venita D. Gibson; grandfather of Cynthia Christine Clegg, Samantha Jo Watterson and Sarah Lynne Watterson; great grandfather of Colton Paul Clegg, Molly Grace Clegg, and the late Abigail Grace Clegg. Bill served in the National Guard from the mid to late 1950's to 1961. Relatives and friends are invited to Bill's Life Celebration on Saturday, December 30, 2017 with a gathering from 1 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 2 p.m. at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, Maryland. Interment private.
