The beloved husband of Kathryn Jean Simmons; devoted father of Thomas William & Jennifer McKay Simmons; son of William Westerman and Anne McKay Simmons; brother of Deborah Ely Fitzgerald. Visitation at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Sunday, February 14 from 2 to 5pm. Memorial service will be held on Monday, February 15 at 2pm at Indian Creek Upper School, 1130 Anne Chambers Way, Crownsville, MD.
