William Wilkinson - Obituary

illiam Michael Wilkinson, Sr. “Mike”, 64, a lifetime resident of Annapolis, died November 4, 2010 after a short illness. Born June 7, 1946 in Annapolis, MD, to Mary Elizabeth Wilkinson and the late William Henry Wilkinson, Sr., he graduated from Annapolis Senior High School and was the owner/operator of E & B Appliance Repair Service in Annapolis. Mike was a member of the Annapolis Moose Lodge #296 and St. Mary’s Catholic Church. His hobbies included fishing, golfing, hunting, computers and, most of all, spending time with his family. In addition to his father, Mike was predeceased by three brothers, Thomas David Wilkinson, Sr., James Henry Wilkinson and Thomas Jared Wilkinson and a grandson, Nathan B. Gill. He was the beloved husband of Jo Marie Wilkinson, whom he married in 1964; father of William Michael Wilkinson, Jr. of Edgewater; Michele Lee Wilkinson of Davidsonville and Jessica Marie Gill of Greensboro, MD; brother of William Henry Wilkinson, Jr. of Annapolis, Lillian Christine Mali of Arnold, and Mary Elizabeth Lamb of Annapolis and grandfather of Ryan Baca, Dakota L. Norton and Tyler J., Shane A. and Aubrea L. Gill. Friends are invited to Mike’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Tuesday, November 9, from 12 noon until memorial service begins at 1pm. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery.
