n Saturday, June 4, 2011, of Fort Washington, Maryland, the beloved wife of 64 years of the late Hilliard M. McCarter; devoted mother of Linda M. (Carl) Hovermale and Roxana R. McCarter; grandmother of Jake W., Clint I. and Erin G. Hovermale and Joseph P. McCarter; great-grandmother of Ella Marie Hovermale; sister of Bernice M. Hartwick, David H. Irwin and Carol A. Diette. Family and friends are invited Dorothy's Life Celebration at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd. Oxon Hill, MD on Monday, June 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9PM where services will be held at 8PM. Inurnment Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday, July 20 at 10AM.
