Paul Carlow - Obituary

harles Paul Carlow, 85, “Paul”, a resident of Mayo, MD and previously of Wesley, Maine passed away at his home on Thursday, June 1, 2023 after a one-year battle with cancer. Paul was born on March 18, 1938 in Wesley, Maine to the late Charles and Georgia Carlow. He was the proud owner/operator of Bayside Inn in Mayo. Paul’s interests included cutting his lawn, golfing, fishing and going to the beach. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Freda L. Carlow; his daughters, Leilani Carlow of Easton, MD and Melissa Carlow of Pensacola, FL; his step-children, Curtis (Jennifer) Green, Merl (Dawn) Green, Valerie Ann Cox, Jeff Glenn, Brian Glenn, Lori Glenn and Jennifer Lyon; one brother, Richard Carlow of Wesley, ME. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Austin (Lauren) Green of Suffolk, VA, Rebecca Green of Suffolk, VA, Danielle Nutting of Garmish, Germany, Mackenzie Nutting of Virginia Beach, VA and Faith Nutting of Easton, MD Family and friends are invited to celebrate Paul’s life on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD 21037 where his funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 7 at 11 am.
