Hayden Garrett Donnelly “Haydie Man”, 25, a resident of Annapolis, MD died suddenly on Monday, October 10, 2022. Born on February 13, 1997, in Annapolis, Hayden earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Salisbury University. He was a lacrosse coach at Broadneck Senior High School and was also an active part of the Annapolis restaurant community. Hayden was passionate about lacrosse as a player and a coach and took great pride in watching his players grow and develop both on and off the field. He loved sharing his creativity in his drawing and writing. He also enjoyed traveling near and far with family and friends in search of new adventures.

He is survived by his parents, Patrick and Pam Donnelly; his stepmother, Robin Donnelly and his grandparents, Robert Kinderman and Maureen Donnelly. Hayden was preceded in death by his grandparents, Suzanne Kinderman and Kenneth Donnelly.

Dr. Charles Perry Arnol Jr.

Charles "Charlie" P. Arnold, Jr., a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, peacefully entered eternal rest on Monday, October 10, 2022, at his home in Upper Marlboro, Md.

Charles was born on March 10, 1940, in Akron, Ohio, to the late Mildred Mains and Charles P. Arnold, Sr. Charlie spent his childhood in Akron, Ohio, where he earned his B.S. degree from Akron University and was a member of the Theta Chi fraternity. He was a gifted musician playing the trumpet and swam competitively. In December 1963, he married the love of his life, Elaine Schuster. The two spent 59 years together and raised four children.

Charlie served his country by joining the United States Air Force in 1963, where he began his career as a meteorologist. While in the Air Force, he attended Texas A.M., and Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Master's degree. Charlie furthered his education by attending Colorado State, University, where he received a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science. During his time in the military, Charlie had assignments in Texas, Kansas, Alabama, Pennsylvania, Guam, Colorado, Nebraska, California, and Maryland. Charlie spent his military career teaching, researching, and specializing in remote atmospheric sensing.

Upon retiring from the Air Force, he worked as a consultant with local space companies in Maryland until 1998. After retirement, he devoted his time and talents to his true passions; studying Theology, writing, conducting genealogical research, and teaching Bible classes. His fervent work resulted in the publication of four books. Charlie enjoyed simple pleasures in life and found immense joy in feeding, watching, and tracking birds as they flocked to his feeders. Charlie found beauty in music, appreciated nature, and enjoyed engaging in deep conversation. He was a strong man of faith, loved God, and was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church. Charlie's faith was essential to his life, and his legacy will live on in his family.

He is survived by his wife Elaine, step-brother Edward Mains and wife Pam. He is mourned by his children Amy E. Mensing and her husband Michael; Bethany A. Dewey and her husband Bryan; his two sons; Charles P. Arnold lll, and Michael W. Arnold; four grandchildren; Ryan Mensing, Katy Dolinar, Rachel Mensing, and Jacob Dewey. Charlie has three adored great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who are grateful for his presence in their lives. 


Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, from 10 a.m. until the start of the funeral service at 11 a.m. at Divine Peace Lutheran Church, 1500 Brown Station Road, Largo, MD 20774. Joan Marie Ardinger Madden, 91, transitioned from this life on October 8, 2022 at Stella Maris in Timonium, MD after a brief illness. Joan most recently lived at Atrium Village in Owings Mills and previously had been a long-time resident of Heritage Harbour in Annapolis.  Born on October 27, 1930 in Washington, DC to the late Edward and Evelyn Freeman Ardinger, Joan and her sister, Jeanne, were raised in Georgetown where Joan taught Sunday School and sang in the Georgetown Presbyterian Church choir.  Shortly after graduating from Western High School, Joan married Francis Joseph Madden. The couple raised three children before divorcing in 1971.

Joan retired from the U.S. Department of the Army as a Management Analyst following a 27-year career.  Having professed her faith in Jesus Christ, she was baptized and became a member at Grace Baptist Church in Bowie, MD where she and her dear late friend, Paul, worshipped together.  She also spent many years participating in women’s fellowship events at the Pilgrim’s Way Bible Baptist Church with her daughter, Jeanne. 

Joan enjoyed house projects such as painting, wallpapering and taking care of the yard.  She especially enjoyed spending time at her beach house on Chincoteague Island, VA.  While living in the Heritage Harbour community, Joan was active in the Drama Club, Red Hatters and Dining Club, and always looked forward to having lunch with friends at Mike’s Crab House and the Double T Diner. She also enjoyed traveling, going on various cruises to Hawaii, the Bahamas, and Italy; taking trips to Canada, New England, New York, Las Vegas and Arizona; and vacationing during the summer with her family in Chatham on Cape Cod.  Joan’s greatest passion was the time she spent with her grandchildren at cookouts, baseball games, Disney World and Medieval Times.  In her final years at Atrium Village, Joan enjoyed relaxing in her recliner, watching episodes of Golden Girls and Monk, and reading James Patterson novels.  For dinner, she would be found at table 9 with her friends and then join them in singing songs in the hallway on the way back from dinner.  She also enjoyed daily walks in the halls with her walker, greeting her neighbors along the way.

In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her former husband, Francis J. Madden who passed away in 2010, and her sister, Jeanne E. Foot in 2015. She is survived by her three children, Barbara Fine (Rich), Jeffrey Madden (Cheryl Stricker) and Jeanne Madden; and her three grandchildren, Melanie Stricker, Kyle Stricker and Andrea Fine. Joan also leaves behind her special care angels, Janet Howe and Kathy Carter, to cherish her memory.

Robert Lee White, Jr. 73, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022.

Born on January 6, 1949, in Washington, D.C. He worked for the Department of Navy for 33 years as a systems analyst. He was involved in community theater, was an avid reader, and loved to travel.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents Robert Lee White, Sr. and Ruth Cox White. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Janet, his sister, Leandra Walker; his brother, Peter F. White (Cynthia); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Nancy Williams Denton, 77, of Brandywine, MD was called to her eternal home on October 7, 2022. Nancy was born to the late James Edward Williams and Beverly Arlene Miller on January 23, 1945, in Washington, DC.  

Nancy's favorite pastime was weekly dinner followed by competitive, and quite rowdy, couple’s card games with her cousin.  In her earlier years, Nancy also enjoyed competitive recreational volleyball with her husband Tom, beating him at tennis, and bowling league at Dee's Lanes. Once grandkids started arriving, Nancy devoted her time to spoiling her grandchildren to their delight.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Allen Denton, and granddaughter, Madison Claire Curran.  Left to mourn are her sister, Arlene Mardelle Saunders; daughters, Regina Denton Clowser (Jeff) and Marcy Denton (Joe Curran); grandkids, Crystal and Ryan Curran, Anthony, Vincent, and Joseph DiPietri, Benjamin and Nathan Clowser; and numerous nieces and nephews.

While Nancy began her lifelong dream of becoming a recreational pilot, her flying time was cut short when she was diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association (here or by mail, P.O. Box 7023

Catherine N. Gibson, 82 of Deale passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022.

Catherine was born to the late George and Mildred Nolte on March 11, 1940, in Washington, D.C. She was a graduate of Southern High School. Catherine worked at the University of Maryland and then at Deale Elementary School to be closer to her daughter. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Catherine enjoyed vacationing in Ocean City, MD, going out to dinner, animals, and spending time with her granddaughters who she adored.  She always loved when her grandchildren would bring her back souvenirs from their vacations.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Leo T. Gibson.

Catherine is survived by her daughter Lisa (Jason) LesCallett of Deale; granddaughters, Caitlin, Brooke, and Alison LesCallett.

A Memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 11 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 101 Owensville Rd., West River, MD 20778. Interment private.

James (Jaime) Patrick Rogers of Temple Hills, Maryland, passed away suddenly on October 7th, 2022. Born on October 22nd, 1968 in Toledo, Ohio, he was one of three children.

James was a lover of computers, music, plants, and animals, whom he affectionately referred to as his fur babies. He had a fulfilling career in the U.S. Government, working for the state department in the Executive Secretariat Office.

James is predeceased by his father, Roy Allen Rogers. He is survived by his loving mother, Jacqueline Duhart of Clinton, Maryland, and 2 brothers, Derek Allen Rogers of Severna Park, Maryland, and Clifford Joseph Rogers of Clinton, Maryland. He will be deeply missed.

A visitation will be held for James Patrick Rogers on October 24th, 2022 from 4-8 PM and October 25th at 11 AM. Funeral services will be held on October 25th, 2022 at 12:00 PM. All services will be held at Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, MD 20745.

Claire A. Brierton, 61, a 30 year resident of Upper Marlboro, MD passed away on October 3rd, 2022 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.

Claire was born on April 19, 1961 in Pittsburgh, PA to Adolf and Marion Morczek. She grew up in Kennerdell, PA and in 1980 at the age of 19 Claire moved to Pittsburgh, PA, where she would meet the man who would later become her beloved husband of over 40 years. In 1987 Claire and her husband Bill settled down in Upper Marlboro. Claire would later earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences and Project Management from The University of Maryland. She would then go on to work for the federal government as a Project Manager.

One of Claire’s favorite things to do was to go on road trips with her husband. While on their trips, Claire would be in the passenger seat snapping photos as they went along. Many of these trips took place before GPS and they were never lost due to Claire’s mastery at navigating from a map. After a photography trip, Claire would take her photos and put them into scrapbooks.

Claire is preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her devoted husband, William “Bill” Brierton, of Upper Marlboro.

Nancy S. Marquand, 92, a resident of Bay Hills in Arnold for 28 years and previously a resident of Severna Park, died at home on October 3, 2022. Born in Baltimore on January 26, 1930, to the late William J. and Anita H. Smith, Nancy grew up in the west Baltimore community of Windsor Hills. She graduated from Forest Park High School and attended Western Maryland (now McDaniel) College before her marriage to Warren D. Bourquin, Jr., in September, 1950. Her first marriage ended in divorce. She then married the late Edward B. Marquand, Sr., in 1971, and they made their home in the Linstead community in Severna Park. They later moved to Arnold.
In addition to her family, Nancy loved tennis, golf, bridge, gardening, music, painting and reading. She was a founding member of the Hollyberry Garden Club in Severna Park and also volunteered at the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.
Nancy is survived by her son, Douglas D. Bourquin (Joan)  of Severna Park; her stepsons, Michael L. Marquand, Sr. and Edward B. Marquand, Jr. (Michael Longyear) of Seattle WA; her granddaughters, Megan Bourquin (Jochen Weigele), Hannah Loureiro (Justin) and Julia Marquand (Rolando Avila); her grandson, Michael L. Marquand, Jr.; and her five great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband, her parents and her two brothers, Nancy was preceded in death by her son, Robert W. Bourquin.

Mary Leila Folse, 94, of Oxon Hill, Maryland, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

Born on April 18, 1928, in Bel Alton, MD, she was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Paul Jameson and Catherine Mabel Jameson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth H. Folse, her brothers, Paul, Edward, and Hayden Jameson along with her sisters, Mildred Cooke, Hilda Sollars, Ellen Bonasiak, Virginia Gicker, and Anna Gibbons.

Mary is survived by her children Jackie Grabis-Bunker (Steve), Victor Grabis (Linda), Jean Grady (Kevin), and Thomas Folse (Terri); grandchildren Yvonne Wilson, Paul Grabis, Eric Grabis, Zachary Bunker, Jay Folse, Patrick Grady, Brendan Grady, and 5 great-grandchildren.

William Charles Robertson, “Bill”, 93, a resident of Annapolis, MD and formerly of Ormond Beach, FL and Deer Park, NY, passed away on September 26, 2022.
Born January 6, 1929, in Tamaqua, PA to the late Melvin and Doris Robertson, Bill received a Bachelor of Physical Education from SUNY- Brockport and later earned his Master of Education from Hofstra University.
He worked as a teacher and administrator for 34 years. Over his career, Bill worked at Wyandanch Union Free School District as a Physical Education Teacher and Administrator, and at Hauppauge School District as a Physical Education Teacher. He also worked at Republic Airport as a dispatcher.
Bill proudly served his country during the Korean War from 1951-1953 as a Sergeant in the 51st Signal Battalion and was the recipient of the Bronze Service Star. Bill was an avid golfer and his other interests included reading, aviation, and University of Florida and United States Naval Academy football. He was also a booster for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s men’s basketball program.
Bill is survived by his wife of 67 years, Joanne Robertson; his children, Lynn Reale and her husband, Ralph of Commack NY, Jay Robertson and his wife, Christine of Annapolis, MD, and Scott Robertson and his wife, Angela of Forest Hill, MD. He is also survived by one granddaughter, Taylor Robertson; seven grandsons, Jason, Justin, and Jonathan Sessa, Chandler, Cole, Matthew, and Bryce Robertson; and five great-grandchildren. 
Bill set a wonderful example as a devoted and loving husband who noted on his 90th birthday, that, in his mind, the most remarkable thing he had done in his life was to ask Joy to marry him. Always willing to help, he will be remembered for his willingness to take on any project big or small, his smile, his sense of humor, and the pride he had in his family. 
A private family graveside service, with military honors, will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 2:30 pm at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Rd., Crownsville, MD 21122. Meta Maxine “Max” (Johnson) Andrews, 91, a 58- year resident of Annapolis passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022, at her residence in Ginger Cove. Born on October 3, 1930 in Quincy, IL to the late Virgil and Maddy Mathilda Johnson, after completing her education, Maxine left Quincy to proudly serve in an administrative role for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In the early 1950's, she was part of a team that investigated the 1947 Texas City disaster, the deadliest industrial accident in U.S. history. She also held posts in Washington, DC, Houston, TX and Boston, MA. While serving on an assignment in Pearl Harbor, Oahu, she serendipitously met her future husband, Commander (USN) Frank A. Andrews, a widower with five children. Together she and Frank had an additional 7 children during their 50+ year marriage. The large family eventually settled in Annapolis where Maxine was a devoted wife and mother, a much loved neighbor/confidant, a champion ten-pin bowler, cat lover, a needle point craftswoman, Navy Junior swim team supporter and parishioner of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. After moving to Ginger Cove, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren loved to visit her to share memories of the Ferry Farms homestead, eat Sunday popcorn and chili and watch TV football. Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Andrews and her son, Patrick Andrews. She is survived by her 11 children, Jeffrey (Alice) Andrews of Silver Spring, MD, Fr. Philip Andrews CSsR of Puerto Rico, Jean Andrews (James Phelan) of Beaumont, TX, James Andrews of Charlotte Hall, MD, Mary (Gary) Gunther of Annapolis, MD, Tom (Corrine) Andrews of Fayetteville, NC, Frank (Carla) Andrews and Theresa Andrews (Maryann) Rapposelli all of Wilmington, DE, Tim (Ann Brown) Andrews of Arnold, MD, Daniel (Ann Sweeney) Andrews of Annapolis, MD and Susan Andrews of Wilmington, DE; her 26 grandchildren, Jennifer Jordan, Alex Andrews, Rachel Gardell, Sara Shattuck, Kimberly McCoy Schlottman, Kevin Andrews, Maggie Cason, Greg, Andrew, Bill, Elias, Franklin, Charlotte, Mary Grace and Catherine Gunther, Brendan, Elyse, Claire, Timothy, Jack, Abby, Madison, John and Ryan Andrews; her daughter-in-law, Joan Applegate Andrews; former daughter-in-law, Angelita Beale and her12 great-grandchildren. John D. Myrick of Riva, Maryland, passed away peacefully in his home with his family on September 26. John was born October 8, 1939, in Alamo, Tennessee, and spent his early childhood years in Dyer, Tennessee. His family later moved to Alexandria, Virginia, where he finished schooling. He was predeceased by his mother, Hazel Davis, and father, Joseph Myrick.  

At the age of 19, John began his career as an apprentice with Pel-Bern Electric and retired after 49 years as a Master Electrician and Vice President of the company.   
John was a huge Washington Redskins fan and spent many Sundays rooting for his favorite team. Working on projects for his family brought him great joy, and he liked to share his knowledge with all close to him. The time he spent with his family brought him the most joy. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren at their sporting events and celebrating special moments with his family and friends. 

John is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Louise; his children, Terri Smith (Larry), Rick Myrick (Pam), June Brouse (Jeff), Amanda Keller (Chris), Jason Myrick (Bridget), and Adam Keller (Kerry); his nine grandchildren Jen (Deanna), Courtney (Dan), Caroline (Beau), Colin, Shannon, Kailee, Ryan, Braeden, Connor, and great-grandson Weston; his sister, Joyce Coopy and many nieces and nephews. 

John will be missed by many, including his faithful companion, his dog Brady.

Laura Angell Higgs was set free at age 45, on September 25th after a life of giving all that she had, to all that she loved.

Laura was born in Maryland in 1977 with a spirit ready to save the world. Her love for others was crafted by hand, for each individual, large and small. She had fire in her heart for her friends and family, and created suns for her children. To try to put into words the level of determination and passion Laura had, would be a task that even angels would struggle with on their best days.

1994 is the year that she fell deeper into her love for hair and buckled down into her classwork. With inspiration in her heart and music in her ears, she started down a path to a career in cosmetology. She truly believed in everyone having the opportunity to express themselves through art, color, and style. Her personal style was witchy and black. Her hair often kept in her natural color, black, with streaks of her favorite color; purple. Even her hazel eyes, which often seemed to gleam a beautiful green, had black specs that looked like a constellation in her left eye. She was undoubtedly one of the most unique women to ever walk this planet. Cosmetology allowed her to work with lifelong friends and even her own sister. She then got to open her own shop “Vintage Hairworks”. Her talent was recognized by anyone lucky enough to see and/or watch her work.

When she wasn’t deep into her craft, she was making bonfires, hanging out at the
racetrack, playing games, reading tarot cards, building ponds, piecing together puzzles, listening to every song on iTunes or any band who played at HammerJacks, and planning for the next Halloween. Along with caring for scorpions, salt water fish, koi, frogs, turtles, snakes, cats, and dogs. But mostly, she played with her children and worked to create a space where any friend could come and feel that her home, is their home. No matter the trouble, no matter the time, no matter what anyone else thought of you; she would open her doors and welcome you. In her eyes, every life mattered, even the ones others had given up on.

She is now survived by her Daughter Jade Elizabeth, her eldest son Vincent Nicholas, her youngest son Jayvin Anthony, her sister Jessica Angell Rodriguez, her father Raymond Higgs, and her mother Sharon Higgs.

Have fun exploring, Mom. We love you unconditionally and know that you are with us. You are finally free to be the guardian angel that you were always meant to be. With all the music, cars, and animals you could ask for, with all the people that you lost and love. Free to be yourself.

Louis Edward Henneke, a loving husband and father, retired owner of an emergency services software company, avid boater and fisherman, died on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the age of 73 at his home in Edgewater, Maryland.
Born on March 8, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Edmund and Marguerite Henneke, he graduated from the University of Maryland in 1971.  Lou embarked on a career of computer software development, eventually, along with his partner, forming Public Safety Systems Inc. in 1984. PSSI provided emergency software systems for police, fire, and EMT services.  These systems were installed throughout the country.  He led PSSI for 34 years until his retirement in 2018.
Lou loved the water, boating, fishing and enjoying time with his family.  He was an excellent carpenter who could build or fix anything. If he could not find what he needed to fix something in the home, on the property, or for fishing, he would create or invent a solution.
Left to cherish his life are his beloved wife of more than 45 years, Judy; his three children, Dawn McIntosh, Kelly Marshall and Steven Henneke; his four grandchildren, Nicholas Marshall, Andrew McIntosh, Jackson Marshall and Katie McIntosh; his sister, Peggy Welk; his brother, Edmund Henneke and his adored dog, Rena.

On Saturday, September 24, 2022, Arthur “Buddy” L. Harrison, Jr. was killed in front of his home in Washington, D.C. He was born in Washington, D.C. on April 4, 1960, to Arthur L. and Jean Marie Harrison, Sr. He was the owner of Old School Boxing Gym. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Thy Lan Harrison; his children,  Salena Harding and Dusty Harrison and his wife, Lilly Harrison; his grandchildren, Brandon, Carter and Isabella; his brother, Ricky Harrison; mother of his son, Dusty, Lynda Hernandez Spille and her husband, Brian Spille; his in-laws, Hoa Vu, Alice and William Brandt; his brothers-in-law, Tran, Trac, Truong, and Joey; his sisters-in-law, Margie, Debbie, Diane, Lisa, Ginny, Trang and Linda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, especially his Old School Boxing Community.

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Kevin Michael Garvey of Cary, NC on Friday, September 23, 2022, at the age of 55 years.

In life, he was a devoted father, grandfather, brother and friend. Earlier in life, he served honorably in the US Marine Corps Reserve. Afterwards, he spent 13 years as a State Farm Agent in Cary, NC where in recent years, he was an active and valued member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association. Kevin is leaving behind a community where he was beloved by many.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 27 years, Lorianne Whiting Garvey; his children, Kieran C. Hooker (Erick), Callaghan W. Garvey and Katheryn A. Garvey; his grandchildren, Addilyn, Everett and Theodore; his three brothers, Bill (Carolyn), Sean (Stephanie) and Scott (Becky) Garvey; his sister, Erin and his partner for the last 3 years, Jennifer Palermo, along with his friends and brothers from the CVMA.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, William Joseph Garvey and Janice Ann Brown Garvey.

Daniel Edward Welch – known to his family and friends as Danny – passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and close friends on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after a prolonged struggle with multiple illnesses that limited his body but never his spirit. 

Danny was born to the late Bettianne and Daniel Welch on May 29, 1964 in Red Bank, New Jersey. As a toddler, Danny courageously fought and eventually beat a rare form of childhood cancer. He was left with physical scars that lingered but never dampened his cheerful enthusiasm for life. Danny spent his childhood summers with his beloved Aunt “Pudgie” and Uncle Billy Black of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, where he worked and served as the informal “ambassador” of Connors On the Shore - the family beach club - and enjoyed pizza and juke box music at his favorite Briody’s restaurant. 

Danny graduated from James Madison High School in Vienna, Virginia in 1984, and went to work as a mail clerk at the law firm of Maguire Woods Battle & Booth, where he was a dedicated and joyful employee for more than 15 years. He sang in the choir at St. Mark Catholic Church in Vienna, played softball, watched baseball, cheered on his beloved Redskins, and enjoyed many activities with his family whom he treasured throughout his life. He most especially adored his nieces and nephews, and never tired of hearing about their accomplishments. His proudest role was simply being Uncle Danny.

Danny lived and worked at Arundel Lodge in Edgewater, Maryland until 2015, when his health declined and he moved to Heritage Harbour Health & Rehabilitation. He remained his friendly, outgoing self to his caregivers, his family, and all who knew him until the very end of his life. 

Danny is survived by his sister, Christa Bellanca of Annapolis, Maryland; his brother, James Nicholas Welch, of Tustin, California; his nieces, Justine Welch and Isabel Grim; his nephews, Robert James Welch and Tilghman Grim; and his loving cousins, Michelle & John Mercure, Nick & Dawn Fisch, and their children, Alexander, Nicholas, Aimee and Kierra. 

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 9 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 109 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis.
